Dr. Elle Sawyer, MBA. MACM is a multi-faceted creative force with high spiritual acumen. With a background in fashion and branding, Elle has spent over two decades empowering blue-chip brands such as Harper’s Bazaar Magazine, Modern Luxury Publications, Eileen Fisher & more. Elle has served on the boards of the YWCA, Mall of America Fashion Board of Directors to name a few. Elle wrote her first book in seven days, titled Run Your Race: How to Keep Going When Life Wears You Out. Elle went on to write her second book months later titled, No Flowers Without Rain: The Value of Adversity. Throughout Elle’s years of experience she has been the Creative Director (with her husband) for the international holiday campaign for Goorin Bros (the foremost American hat company with stores across the United States, and Canada), worked directly with Paul Wharton (MTV, Bravo, VH1), has been featured in publications such as ESSENCE magazine for her dynamic personal style, as well as for her work styling clients during New York Fashion Week. Elle is a musician and painter, holds a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling, as well as two Masters — a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry. Elle is a proud Howard University Alum, a dedicated wife & mother. Elle has a heart and conviction to reach the lost and lead them back into relationship with Jesus Christ. Elle operates E 1982 — Art | Branding | Design where she offers her branding acumen, colorful art and creative design services. Elle owns and operates Never 2 Fly 2 Pray (with her Founder husband) a fashion brand bringing the message through a range of clothing items.
